Ensemble CANE’s Young Composers’ Course will give each student an opportunity to develop a new work for Flute, Saxophone & Piano with support and guidance from composer, Christopher Healey (PhD).
The music will be workshopped, recorded and performed by our incredible musicians, Adam McMillan (piano), Eliza Shephard (flute), and Niel Bijl (Saxophone)
This is a flexible program that can be tailored to a school’s music program and curriculum learning goals. It is especially well suited for VCE music students and any students interested in studying composition at a university level.
